It's Nice to
Meet You
Hello, I'm Sam,
a Mother and Postpartum Chef.
As a classically trained Wellness & Personal Chef, with over a decade of industry experience, I create nourishing meals with healing foods. In my cooking I emphasize whole foods that are organic, regenerative, grass-fed and pasture-raised. Ingredients are locally sourced when seasonally available. My recipes are globally inspired and include nutritive herbs and spices.
My journey to this work began with a miscarriage and the subsequent pregnancy with my son. I experienced an absence of nurture from my care providers and when I became pregnant again, I strived to make things different for myself. Throughout my experience and education, I found a passion for everything birth, lactation and postpartum. Today, I am honored to share my knowledge and offer nurturing support to families like yours.
